When you order stamps at www.stamps.fo, we register the information you give us (name, address, phone number, your e-mail address and the articles you buy).
The information is used to carry out the order made, and for different intern statistics. Only employees at Posta Stamps have access to this information. We do not forward the information, and we do not send any uninvited e-mails without your consent. We file the information for five years.
Rights to regret your purchase
If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, simply send it back to us in its original condition, within 14 days. All returned products must be in good condition and intact for us to issue a full refund for the price you paid for them.
Acknowledgement of order
As soon as you have ordered an item, you will receive an acknowledgement per e-mail. This e-mail contains an order number, billing address, terms of payment, delivery address, a list of the ordered items and contact details. You ought to save this order confirmation.
A low handling charge will be added to all deliveries from Posta Stamps: 15,00 DKK for subscription deliveries and 20,00 DKK for special order deliveries. Shipments over 1.000,00 DKK are sent as registered mail.
Normally, you will receive your order within 3-4 weeks. With the reservation, that the item ordered, may be sold out. In that case you will be informed via e-mail.

When ordering products on the internet, make sure that the company name, address, phone number and e-mail are listed on the website. This way you can get in touch with the company in case of any problems should occur.
